Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. What Remy is
Remy Remembers is a product of Geniora Solutions. It is an assistant that helps you track document expiry dates and store documents in your own cloud drive. It is a helpful tool, not a legal or professional adviser.
2. Your responsibility
Remy reminds you, but you remain responsible for your own deadlines and for keeping your documents valid. Please do not rely on Remy as your only safeguard for anything critical.
3. Eligibility and account
You need a WhatsApp account and to be an adult in your country. You are responsible for the security of the phone and accounts you use with Remy.
4. Your content
Your documents stay in your own drive and remain yours. You give Remy permission to read a document you send and to save it to your drive, so it can do its job.
5. Acceptable use
Use Remy for your own documents and those of family members you are responsible for. Do not use it for anything unlawful or to store other people's documents without their agreement.
6. Beta service
Remy is currently in beta and provided free of charge. Features may change, and there may be occasional interruptions while we improve it. If we introduce paid plans, we will set out the terms clearly before you are charged.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We work hard to keep Remy reliable, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will never miss or delay a reminder. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a missed deadline. Keep your own backups of anything essential.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Remy and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update this page and let you know where appropriate.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: [email protected].
