How it works
How Remy works
Remy is a reminder and document assistant you talk to on WhatsApp. Here is the whole thing, start to finish.
01
Connect once
Message Remy and connect your Google Drive with one tap. Remy creates a single folder called “Remy Remembers” in your Drive and will keep everything tidy inside it. You stay the owner of every file.
02
Send a document, or just tell Remy a date
Send a photo or PDF and Remy reads it, working out the type, the expiry date, the document number and whose it is, then shows you what it found. Or just type it, a line like “my visa expires 10 February 2027” is enough. If a document belongs to a family member, Remy asks who it is for and files it under their name.
03
Remy files it in your Drive
The original is saved to your own Drive, sorted by person and document type, with a clear name and the expiry date. Remy keeps only a secure reference, so it can hand the file back later without ever holding its own copy.
04
Remy reminds you, in good time
Remy sets a sensible schedule for each document. For a passport that might be ninety, sixty and thirty days ahead. You have time to renew calmly instead of scrambling.
05
Ask for anything, any time
“Send me my Emirates ID.” “What is my passport number?” “Send my wife's visa.” If more than one document matches, Remy shows you a short list and you tap the right one. No searching through your Drive at the counter.
Delete it all whenever you like
Say “delete my data” and Remy removes your details. Your files remain yours in your own Drive, under your control.
