Delete your data, any time
You are in control of your information. There are two ways to remove it.
In WhatsApp
Message Remy “delete my data” and confirm. Remy removes your details straight away.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account and we will action it.
What gets deleted
Your account details, the information Remy read from your documents, your family profiles, and the secure tokens that connect Remy to your drive.
What stays yours
The document files in your own cloud drive. They belong to you. You can keep them, move them, or delete them yourself in your Drive whenever you wish.
Want a copy first?
Ask us for an export of what we hold before you delete, and we will send it.
