Refunds
Last updated: 2 September 2026
If you are not happy with Remy Pro, email [email protected] within 15 days of the payment and we will refund it. You do not have to give a reason.
What this covers
Remy Pro subscriptions, monthly or yearly. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
How the 15 days are counted
From the date of the payment, not from the day you first subscribed. A renewal is treated the same way. If a yearly subscription renews and you decide within 15 days that you no longer want it, that renewal is refundable.
How to ask
Email [email protected] and tell us the address you subscribed with. Sending it from that address is quickest, since we can match it straight away. You can also just tell Remy on WhatsApp and we will pick it up from there.
What happens next
- •We reply within two working days.
- •The refund goes back to the card that paid, through Stripe.
- •Your bank decides how quickly it appears. Five to ten working days is normal.
- •Your subscription ends when the refund is issued and your account returns to the free plan.
Your documents are not affected
Nothing is deleted. Anything Remy filed stays in your own Google Drive, where it already was, and Remy carries on reminding you about everything you have saved. You keep the free allowance. The only change is that you cannot add new documents beyond it.
After 15 days
We do not normally refund past 15 days, but ask anyway if something went wrong. If Remy failed at the job it exists to do, a reminder that never arrived being the obvious case, we would rather put it right than point at a policy.
Cancelling is a different thing
You can cancel whenever you like from your dashboard, and you keep Remy Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund, so if you want the money back as well, email us.
Who you are dealing with
Remy Remembers is a product of Geniora Solutions. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card number never reaches us and we cannot see it.
